Located in the century-old Cavalry Drill Hall at Fort Snelling, Base Camp is owned and operated by the Northern Star Council of Boy Scouts. Our mission is to be available to and serve the entire greater Twin Cities Metro area through corporate events, school field trips, lock-ins, retreats, summer camps and community group use.
