Fall Homeschool Day: Team Building. November 6th

Monday, November 6th, 2017

Each field trip will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 2:00 PM. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM and pre-registration is strongly encouraged in guaranteeing your spot in the program. Parent/Adult registrants are not required to remain onsite, but are welcome to observe the activities throughout the day. For adults dropping youth off, we request that you accompany your children into the building for check-in (please do not let them walk up on their own). All youth participating in the program must have a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian (separate forms for each youth and each program). Participants must wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing – dressing for the weather if your program includes outdoor activities. In addition, we recommend bringing a water bottle, bag lunch and a snack if desired.

Ages 6-12: Outdoor Skills (Orienteering, Survival Basics, Fire Building, Shelters)

Ages 13-18: Physical Fitness (First Aid, Bike Maintenance, Traffic Safety, Local Cycling Trail Tour)

Ages 13-18: Advanced Team Building (High Ropes, Team Challenges, Personal Leadership Styles Lesson)

Following each of the field trips, students have the option of staying for an additional open climb and archery session from 2:00-4:00 PM at a cost of $5.00/participant.
